Education Program

We at Lobster Holder are photography enthusiasts and nerds like many other people in the world. Michael has been deeply involved in analog photography for a very long time and Adam started when he joined Michael on the Lobster Holder project... which really isn't just a project anymore.

Anyway, we both appreciate great analog photos. And we admire anybody who is teaching or introducing (not only) young people to analog photography. It's a great hobby full of interesting experiences.

In the past, we have received several emails asking if we can make a special offer for schools / universities. And we are always open to such support. That's why we have decided to be a step ahead and offer something that we believe deep in our hearts may be a good thing for the analog photography community.

We present to you the Lobster Holder Education Program

What is it? We have decided to support schools and universities with the offer of a free sample of the Lobster Holder V2, including any number of masks (just one per type). This offer doesn't include the CS-Lite light, which has to be bought separately, or you can just use your current light for the V2.

What do we need from you to provide a free sample?

• Contacting us! You can find the contact form below
• Proof that you are a teacher / professor / instructor of a photography study programme or photography classes (it may also be a local camera club or private photography classes, but those will be discussed individually)
  
• Information about the school – name, address, website
• Basic information about the photography classes: what is taught there, who the students are, etc.
• Shipping address and contact information – just for the sake of delivery

Are you a student? Let your teacher know about this!

What do we ask in return after you receive a free sample?

• If possible, a mention of the support from Lobster Holder somewhere on the school website (ideally on the photography study programme page) – for at least the first 12 months after receiving the holder
• Photos / videos of the holder "in action" showing students using it (we respect everyone's privacy, so of course it can be without faces) – for at least the first 12 months after receiving the holder, averaging 2 photos / videos per month. Photos and videos may be used on our website / social media
• And one of the most important things – feedback! We would love to hear your feedback on using the Lobster Holder

Special offer for students

We are thinking about the most enthusiastic students as well, of course! Maybe some of your students will want to scan their negatives at home and will like our Lobster Holder. What now? They should contact us through you, and we will always want a proof that the student is part of the photography classes. Every case will be individually evaluated.

If we approve it, then we will send you a one-time discount code for a 30% discount on all of our Lobster Holder products, which can used by the student when ordering.

Other terms and conditions

• We reserve the right to cancel this Education Program at any time without prior warning
  
• The limit is one sample per school. More samples may be discussed after some time of successful cooperation
• We will send out samples to a maximum of two schools per month. If more schools get in touch with us, there will be a waiting list and samples will be shipped out in the coming months
• We reserve the right to decline any request for a free sample
