Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

All products are shipped from the Czech Republic (European Union).

1. Shipping

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out usually in 2-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. Import duty and taxes

Please kindly note that all international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are legally imposed by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the price of the goods or the shipping cost.

European Union

Since the Lobster Holder products are made and shipped from the Czech Republic, there are no customs fees when shipping within the EU.

Other countries

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. LobsterHolder.com is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Important: If the recipient refuses to pay import duties or fails to accept the delivery, any resulting costs will be deducted from the final refund. These costs primarily include return shipping fees and customs clearance charges. Please note that customs clearance fees are charged by the carrier (e.g., DHL Express) as soon as the package enters the destination country and will be billed to LobsterHolder.com regardless of whether the package is accepted.

4. Undeliverable orders

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a return shipping fee and customs clearance charges. Please note that customs clearance fees are charged by the carrier (e.g., DHL Express) as soon as the package enters the destination country and will be billed to LobsterHolder.com regardless of whether the package is delivered.

5. Lost / stolen packages

LobsterHolder.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the carrier, or report to the local authorities.

6. Return request days
