Each mask features a precision-engineered loading slot that allows your film to glide through effortlessly. This ensures trouble-free advancement and perfect positioning, while the mask effectively blocks stray light for maximum contrast. The mask is made from high-quality matte black PLA.

What is the Lobster Holder AIO?

Our classic holders require you to bring your own support gear (tripod / copy stand) and align the camera manually. The Lobster Holder AIO is a complete, self-contained scanning rig. It integrates the holder, light mount, light and camera support into a single rigid unit. It eliminates the need for a wobbly copy stand / tripod, guarantees perfect parallel alignment automatically, and fits inside a drawer when you're done.

• The "No-Copy-Stand" Rig: A complete scanning station in one box. Just add your camera (and macro lens). We include the holder, the light integration, and the rail system.
• Multi-Format Compatibility: It is a versatile, multi-format holder that supports a wide range of film types via interchangeable Film Masks. Supported formats include: 35mm, various 120 frame sizes (645, 6x6, 6x7, 6x8 and 6x9), slides, 110 film, Half-Frame and obscure formats like 127, Horizon 202, 828, Widelux / Noblex, 126 and even Hasselblad XPan. Custom masks can be requested for unlisted formats, please hit us a message.
  Please note that film strips shorter than 18 cm / 7 inch are not supported! We recommend at least 20 cm / 9 inch long strips.
